This is a new song I learned to play tonight. I was not alone at the lobby, but I felt like I was. One song after another, I tried to release the pressure inside in a "silent" way. It was actually good that no one I knew was nearby to "force" me to pretend to be THE me, or to "force" me to say "I am okay I am fine." I can feel the tremble in my music you know? Every exhale, every pause, and all the unspoken emotions poured all at once onto my keyboard. Faces of my beloved ones came into my notes to sing with me, dance with me and just... be there for me again. And so I realize.....
