Why IMC at Northwestern?: Saturday Night Lights

I went downtown last Saturday night for the "Chicago Light Festival." People said it would be the day they lighted up the city to welcome the holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year). Sounds interesting, right? So I bundled up and went there!
