假日=假賢慧日- 蟹肉蔬菜煎餅Crap Vegi Pancake

記得很久以前恐龍對我的問候語就是:「最近有沒有新菜?」忙到都翻天囉新菜~

可是某句千古名言(其實是我自己發明的)恆真:海外留學生壓力越大事情越多的時候,越容易產出新菜。
(相信inlan會非常同意以上的這句名言)
廢話不多說,交代新菜的來頭:

蟹肉蔬菜煎餅
材料:鬆餅粉250g、蟹肉棒4條、Romaine Hearts羅蔓菜數葉、洋蔥隨意、牛奶250ml、蛋2顆;
(這樣的分量夠做三大片與上圖等大的煎餅,基本上以我的食量可以吃四、五餐以上)
調味料:無!
作法簡述:
  1. 鬆餅粉、蛋、牛奶混一起攪拌
  2. 切丁的蟹肉棒、切細絲的Romaine Hearts、切碎的洋蔥丟進去再攪拌
  3. 下鍋去煎,把兩面都煎到表面有點焦焦的就好了
簡單簡單~好吃好吃~
